Your Mission

You’ll lead our commercial strategy and growth - forging major partnerships, and setting anew standard for relationship-first business development. Working alongside our CEO andMD, you’ll build a modern growth engine designed for serious impact.

THE ROLE
1. Drive growth across our portfolio
  • Execute our commercial strategy and drive high-value, impactful opportunities
  • Manage the full growth and sales cycle and leverage technology to do it with impact
  • Create momentum - external energy and internal belief through hustle, clarity & action
2. Own our relationship strategy – and make it world-class
  • Lead how we build, steward and grow relationships across our ecosystem; from CEOs and policymakers to purpose-led partners
  • Lead from the front: engaging directly with senior stakeholders and decision makers
  • Create spaces to convene exceptional people around big ideas and shared purposeEmbed a relationship-first mindset across the organisation
3. Galvanise and grow our community
  • Engage and grow our community of 1,000+ senior leaders - as clients, advocates and change makers. Aligning commercial momentum with community energy
  • Spot convening and storytelling opportunities to deepen engagement and drive impact
4. Elevate our brand and shape our future through insight
  • Position Forward as the bold, impact-driven leadership organisation of the future
  • Use partnerships, convening and storytelling to grow our reputation and reach 
  • Feed real-time market insight into product design, comms, and strategy – and help those teams stay externally attuned and ahead of the curve
  • Build a growth strategy that amplifies our message and mission, not just metrics

You’ll lead a high-performing team of Partner Managers and our Communications Lead.
